We are excited to share with you the details of our latest project involving system integration between Xero and TimeDock. Our team has been diligently working on this initiative to provide our clients with a streamlined solution for tracking employee time and project expenses.

At the core of our system integration is the seamless transfer of data from Xero to TimeDock nd back. This initial data extraction ensures that all relevant employee and project information is accurately synchronized between the two platforms. Once the data is in TimeDock, the system generates personalized QR codes for each employee and project, allowing for efficient tracking of working hours and specific project expenses.

Using the TimeDock mobile application, employees can easily scan their individual QR codes to record their working hours and track project-related expenses. This process simplifies payroll calculations and enables precise project tracking expenses, eliminating manual errors and saving valuable time.

The recorded employee time is then seamlessly transferred to the Payroll section in Xero, ensuring accurate and reliable payroll calculations. Additionally, the tracked project time is automatically linked to the corresponding invoice in Xero, providing a comprehensive overview of project-related expenses.
